Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

• You received the wrong item

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Original packaging must be intact

• Accessories, receipts, and warranty cards must be included

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products

• Water-damaged or physically damaged items

• Clearance or special-offer items

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours

2. Share photo/video proof

3. Our team will verify and approve your request

4. Send back the product through courier (instructions provided)

Replacement

If stock is available, we provide a replacement.
If not, you may choose:

• Refund

• Exchange with another product (price adjustment may apply)

Refund Process

Refunds are issued via:

• Bank transfer

Refund time: 3–7 working days

Delivery charges are refundable only if the mistake is ours.
